We have an exciting event planned! Here’s what’s in store:
- Celebrate Our 2024 Sponsors: Join us as we recognize the incredible contributions of our sponsors.
- Announce the 2024 Members of the Year: We’ll honor our Professional, Associate, and Volunteer Members of the Year.
- Holiday Raffle & Silent Auction: Take part in our spectacular raffle and silent auction, with proceeds going to our charity of choice – The Animal Pad!
- Golden Ticket Drawing: Make a $20.00 donation (or more!) to The Animal Pad when you register, and you’ll have a chance to win fantastic high-end prizes, including a $250 gift card! You DO NOT have to be present to win the golden ticket prize.
- Donate to the Silent Auction/Raffle: Want to contribute? Reach out to Courtney Johnson ([email protected]) to donate an item (or 5!). All donors will be recognized verbally and in print at the Holiday Social as well as in the January newsletter. Click here to donate an item.

8293 Santaluz Village Green East, San Diego CA 92127. Reminder it must be used thru GOOGLE MAPS. Not apple maps. Takes right up top where u sign in for golf. We have comp valet and don't accept tips.
- Give yourselves PLENTY of time to drive to the area, wait in line at the gate, drive several minutes to the clubhouse, park (a little more if you’re going to valet), and walk to the clubhouse.
- Valet parking is FREE and tipping is NOT allowed. This was included in our contract, so might as well use it. Just keep in mind the wait time at the end of the event. Plenty of self-parking is available.
- We will need a few volunteers to direct people at the main clubhouse entrance (tell attendees where the registration table is) and entrance of the main tent to direct people to the silent auction/raffle tables, Feeding SD table, etc. Please contact me directly if you can help with this.
- The Community Services Committee and Will plan to be at Santaluz at 9am to set up. Feel free to arrive anytime after that to assist if you can.
- Donations: If you brokered a donation, please make sure we have the item by the end of this week. If they are bringing the items on the day of, then please share the logistical details mentioned above so they arrive on time. We prefer to have all donations ready and on the tables BEFORE guests arrive.
