Mark your calendars to take the FMP Operations and Maintenance Course that will be held; at Mission Federal Credit Union (Corporate Offices), 10325 Meanley Drive, San Diego, CA; on:

• Wednesday, July 10th - 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• Thursday, July 11th - 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

Our Instructor:
Phyllis Meng, CFM, IFMA Fellow; Deputy Executive Officer, General Services; Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority (Note this is Phyllis's last year of instructing)

Course Topics:

• Introduction to Operations and Maintenance
• Assess and Inspect Facility Needs
• Manage, Oversee, and Monitor O&M of Building, Systems, and Equipment
• Manage, Oversee, and Monitor Occupant Services

Registration Fee: Includes in person instruction, books and course materials. 

Single Course Fee:

• San Diego Chapter Members:  $565 per person 
• Non Chapter Members:  $765.00 per person

Bundle of All Four FMP Courses for One Fee: 

• Four FMP Course Bundle for IFMA-SD Chapter Members:  $1995 (Includes all courses: July 8 & 9, July 10 & 11, August 12 & 13, and August 14 & 15)
• Four FMP Course Bundle for Non Chapter Members: $2345 (Includes all courses: July 8 & 9, July 10 & 11, August 12 & 13, and August 14 & 15)

• Registration requests made after the deadline will be assessed an additional $50 processing fee.
