registration is currently open to FM's only and will open to all members on October 23rd. We will open registration to non-members on november 1. so register early.
Join us for a joyful celebration at the San Diego Zoo! Enjoy delicious food, festive vibes, and heartwarming company, all in support of San Diego County Parks Society.
The San Diego County Parks Society helps support San Diego County Parks and Recreation programs (such as Women In The Wild, Warrior Hike, Summer Movies In The Park) while preserving and enhancing cultural, community, and natural resources. Support provided by Parks Society is also used to provide sponsorship opportunities for children to attend camps - ensuring County parks remain vibrant, accessible, and enjoyable for all.

We have an exciting event planned! Here’s what’s in store:
- Celebrate Our 2026 Sponsors: Join us as we recognize the incredible contributions of our sponsors.
- Announce the 2026 Members of the Year: We’ll honor our Professional, Associate, and Volunteer Members of the Year.
- Holiday Raffle & Silent Auction: Take part in our spectacular raffle and silent auction, with proceeds going to our charity of choice – The San Diego County Parks Society!
- Golden Ticket Drawing: Make a $25.00 donation (or more!) to The San Diego County Parks when you register, and you’ll have a chance to win fantastic high-end prizes, including a $250 gift card! You DO NOT have to be present to win the golden ticket prize.
- Donate to the Silent Auction/Raffle: Want to contribute? Reach out to Courtney Johnson ([email protected]) to donate an item (or 5!). All donors will be recognized verbally and in print at the Holiday Social.
- No CASH ACCEPTED CARD ONLY!
Important details for day of:
- Check In: You must check in outside the Zoo at the IFMA Check In Table to receive your Zoo ticket and Badge to enter the park! Registration will end at 11:30am so please arrive early so you can get inside the park to the venue! Those that arrive late may not be allowed in. (If you are running late please text 619-733-2734 so we are aware)
- Parking: We will send you a code via email to use for parking for the day. Be sure you have that code with you and know your license plate #.
- You will need to walk to the venue so please keep that in mind when selecting shoes for the day.
- Anyone wanting to bring Silent and or raffle items MUST have them to either Heather Caya or Courtney Johnson by December 1! You WILL NOT be able to bring items in on your own day of. Please reach out to either Heather or Courtney. NO ALCOHOL OR PLANTS are ALLOWED AS RAFFLE OR SILENT AUCTION ITEMS.
Agenda for the Day:
- Check in starts at 10:45am and will end at 11:30 and you must check in to receive your Zoo ticket and badge.
- Silent Auction will start at 11am and end at 12:15am
- Awards will start at 12pm
